If anyone in the U.S.A. is interested in other Canadian TV shows, NBC is
premiering "The Listener" this evening. It's about a paramedic
(presumably in Toronto) who is telepathic and can hear the thoughts of
those around him. I don't know much about this show, so I can't give
you guess as to whether it's good, or not. It's on NBC at 9:00pm
Eastern (or 8:00pm Central, I assume). In Canada, it's on CTV on
Thursdays and also on Space on multiple days.

Thanks for letting everyone know about this, Ed.

There are actually two episodes airing on NBC tonight, at 9:00 and
10:00 p.m. The show's normal slot will be 10:00 p.m.

I understand that Colm Feore is a regular (aha, an actual "Due
South" connection!), so I'll definitely be tuning in.

Did you watch it last night? I saw one very positive report from
a Canadian on rec.arts.tv.

The way they credit him, I gather that Colm will be recurring, rather
than a regular. We may not see him on every episode.

I didn't catch it on CTV on Wednesday, so I watched both episodes on NBC
on Thursday. Looks good to me. I don't love it, but I do like it
pretty well. I'll tune in again.
